1. Who we are

This website is operated by NextGEN Physio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (17433294). You can contact us at info@nextgen-physio.com.

"We", "us" and "our" mean NextGEN Physio Ltd. "You" means the person using this website or buying from us. By using the site or buying a product, you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Programmes for under-18s are bought and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or other adult with appropriate authority, see our Parent & Guardian Provisions.

2. What we sell

We sell two things, plus free educational material:

ProductPriceWhat you get
6-Week Rehab Programme (template exercise programme)£49 one-offA condition-specific PDF programme, delivered by instant download and email, plus access to the members exercise library once you set up an account.
12-Week Online Rehab£299 one-offAn initial 1:1 online video assessment with a registered physiotherapist, a personalised 12-week programme, bi-weekly 20-minute video check-ins, message access to your physio, exercise library access and a return-to-sport screen at week 12.
Free guides, articles and Evidence Hub summariesFreeEducational and marketing material, provided in exchange for your email address where stated.

The £49 programme is a template. It is written to best available evidence for a named condition, but it is not individually prescribed to your athlete and is not based on an assessment of them. The £299 service is personalised and is a clinical service.

3. Clinical governance

Our content is written by chartered physiotherapists. Where we provide a clinical service (the 12-Week Online Rehab), it is delivered by a physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and practising within their scope of practice, professional standards and indemnity cover.

Buying a self-guided PDF programme does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Booking and attending an online rehab assessment does.

4. Medical & Rehabilitation Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: NextGen Physio provides general educational and exercise-based rehabilitation information. Our digital programmes are not a substitute for an individual assessment by a physiotherapist, doctor or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

The content is designed for a broad audience and is not individually prescribed to you or your child unless we expressly state otherwise.

No diagnosis. Our content does not diagnose your condition. A programme title or description referring to a particular condition should not be interpreted as confirmation that you or your child has that condition. Similar symptoms can arise from different conditions requiring different management.

Prior assessment expected. Our template programmes assume the young person has already been seen by an appropriate professional and has an appropriate diagnosis. If the diagnosis is uncertain, seek assessment before starting.

Follow your own clinician. If you or your child have been assessed by a physiotherapist or doctor, follow their specific advice where it conflicts with our general educational information.

Exercise risk. Exercise and rehabilitation carry inherent risks, including temporary soreness, temporary aggravation of symptoms, muscle, tendon or joint irritation, falls, loss of balance and other injury. You are responsible for exercising in a suitable environment with appropriate equipment and technique, and for supervising the young person where appropriate.

Stop and seek advice if symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening or accompanied by swelling, loss of function, weakness, numbness, dizziness, fainting, chest pain, breathlessness, fever or other concerning features. The red-flag list in our Parent & Guardian Provisions is not exhaustive. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

5. Buying from us

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Before checkout you must confirm three things: that you agree to these terms and understand the Medical & Rehabilitation Disclaimer; that you are the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have appropriate authority to buy on the young person’s behalf; and that you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and accept that, once supply begins, you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right where permitted by law.

We record those confirmations, together with the wording you agreed to and the date and time, against your order.

You may buy without an account. We email your download link, and setting a password afterwards keeps your programmes and exercise-library access available at any time. If you buy as a guest and later create an account with the same email address, your purchases are attached to that account.

If a price or product description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights, including how the 14-day right applies to instant downloads and to the online rehab service, are set out in our Digital Content, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Licence to use our content

All programmes, guides, articles, exercise videos, images and other material on this site remain our property or that of our licensors. When you buy a programme, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the young person named in your household or in your direct care.

You must not:

  • share, resell, sublicense, publish or distribute our PDFs, videos or exercise-library content;
  • share your account credentials or download links with anyone outside your household;
  • use our content to deliver commercial services to third parties, including as a coach, club or clinic, without a written licence from us;
  • copy, scrape or re-publish our content or use it to train machine-learning models;
  • remove or alter any branding, disclaimer or copyright notice.

Clubs, schools and clinics wanting multi-athlete use should contact us for a licence.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, shares paid content or presents a security risk.

Administrative accounts on this site are protected by two-factor authentication.

9. Booking, attendance and conduct (12-Week Online Rehab)

Video appointments are booked through our scheduling provider. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may use up an included session.

Online consultation has limits: a physiotherapist cannot physically examine your athlete remotely. We may recommend an in-person assessment, imaging or a referral, and may decline or end online care where it is not clinically appropriate.

We expect respectful communication with our clinicians and support team. Abusive behaviour may result in care being ended.

10. Emails you receive from us

If you download a free guide or buy from us, we send the material you asked for plus service emails about your order. With your consent, or where legally permitted on a soft opt-in basis for similar products, we also send educational and promotional emails. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

We measure opens and clicks to understand what is useful. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

11. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the site and members library available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and may update programme content as evidence develops. Exercise videos are hosted by a third-party video provider whose availability we do not control.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for loss arising because you used a template programme without appropriate assessment or against clinical advice, or for business losses. Where we are liable in relation to a purchase, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product, except in the cases listed above.

You accept responsibility for deciding whether a programme is appropriate for the young person and for stopping and seeking advice where symptoms indicate you should.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the version you agreed to at checkout, which we record. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.

14. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards: readable contrast, keyboard-navigable pages, descriptive alt text and clear structure. If any part of the site or a programme PDF is difficult for you to use, email us and we will provide the content in another format.

15. Where we sell

We currently accept orders from customers in the United Kingdom only. At checkout you confirm that you are buying from the UK, and the payment form only accepts a UK billing address.

If an order is completed with a billing address outside the United Kingdom, we do not supply the programme or grant access, and we refund the payment in full to the original payment method. We expect to open to other countries in future.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Complaints: info@nextgen-physio.com. We respond within 5 working days and aim to resolve matters within 20 working days.

This document is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice to you.
